WHY BLOCKFIBRE?

MacroLan, our Internet Service Provider partner, are a tier 1 ISP who own their own network

Thus there is no piggy packing off any other ISP. They are the single and only point of contact - For the end user this means faster turn around times and less downtime in the unlikely event of an outage.

What Makes Us Different

* No Fibre installation cost to the Body Corporate / Office Park - other than the basic cost of the Wireless router.
* We provide "month to month" contract options - All uncapped and at the most competitive prices in the market, even beating current ADSL prices.
* Packages are Uncontended i.e. Contention ratio of 1:1 both Locally and Internationally. Most other ISP's contend their packages meaning the end User / Tenant is sharing the service with other users. Thus their internet speed fluctuates depending on the volume of usage amongst the other users, resulting in compromised speeds.
* Packages are synchronous/symmetrical i.e. Upload and Download speeds are the same throughout our uncapped 5/10/20/50/100mbps packages.
* We have an extensive Coverage Map + and can still lay fibre to cover outlying areas.
* We offer VoIP which is a replacement for a landline. We can port your existing number and our call rates are virtually half that of a regular landline

Voice Over IP

VoIP simply allows telephone calls to be carried over normal Internet connections. This means that all of our customers can communicate in a more cost-effective, reliable and secure environment.

For those who are used to having a home telephone number, as well as those who work from home, you can make use of fibre to carry your voice traffic. If you have an existing landline number, you can keep it and port it over to be incorporated within our VoIP service.

With voice being a real-time service, we provide dedicated voice bandwith which prioritises voice traffic and seperates it from data traffic. Therefore, voice quality is never compromised even when your broadband service is congested.
